The \"Salumificio Micheletti\" was founded in 1960 in Lucca thanks to the foresight and commitment of the founder: Armando Micheletti.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

From the beginning, the characteristic flavors of the cured meats produced earned the appreciation of consumers. The small artisan craftsmanship evolved with his son Angelo, becoming an increasingly renowned and constantly growing reality.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Today, thanks to the third generation of managers Nicola and Massimiliano, and thanks to the valuable staff of over ten collaborators, the company has evolved further. One of our priorities is to guarantee to our customers the high quality standard and the best food safety. For this reason, in the wake of an ancient knowledge, we only choose first choice meats, coming from the best farms, and select aromas and spices of the highest quality.
